This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), an independent physician practice with operating divisions of cardiology, colon & rectal, family medicine, orthopedics, vascular & interventional radiology, and women's health. Revo Health is a management services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care.Teamwork - Be a part of the whole support each other positively.Innovation - Identify progressive solutions that improve service, teamwork, efficiency, and/or effectiveness.Quality - Act with high purpose, committed effort, and skillful execution to exceed expectations.Service - Consistently contribute to deliver an exceptional experience.Integrity - Do the right thing and take responsibility for what you do and say.Performance Expectations - Revo Health's Core Values: Project Management with a consulting mind-set highly desired.Proficiency in HRM software required, UKG strongly preferred.Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Specialist preferably in healthcare.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, information systems, or similar.Consulting with HR team and other departments to determine HRIS needs Participate in user group meetings/conferences.Participate in meetings and workgroups to provide information regarding system capabilities in order to drive new processes or process improvement.Maintains awareness of current trends in HR information systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies.Trains staff members and managers/supervisors/administrator on the system as well as new processes/functionality.Develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.Applies knowledge of HR information systems and data in extracting and analyzing current, historical, and forecasted data to support strategic workforce planning.Acts as primary liaison with third parties and other stakeholders, including HRIS vendor.Provide support for HR information system including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws perform scheduled activities recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.Leads in the review, testing, implementation, and communication of HR information system upgrades, new products, or patches in collaboration with HR team leaders.Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.Conduct data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed.Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report.Supports the practice integration process by leading the employee data collection and upload process to HRIS with respective HR Business Partner.Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain data in HRIS.The Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. Works closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing of data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for information systems supporting HR planning and operations. The Senior HRIS Analyst has a primary focus on implementation, support, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System.
